Our current mural highlights the Chicago History Museum and its newest exhibit: Lincoln’s Undying Words. The artwork brings Abraham Lincoln’s most powerful speeches to life using pops of color, handwritten quotes and iconic imagery. The art celebrates history and a man who used his pen as a sword in the midst of Civil War.

With many authentic pieces from Lincoln on display, the Museum also houses more than 22 million Chicago and U.S. History artifacts and documents. As our city’s oldest cultural institution, the Chicago History Museum has continued to serve as an educational resource to the people in our area.
